5-Minute Morning Metabolism Boosting Workout

When life gets in the way, your health and wellness is usually one of the first things to be pushed to the side. In reality, this is EXACTLY when you should make your health a PRIORITY. Today I want to provide you with a quick workout that will give you the ability to get some exercise in daily even when life gets in the way. This workout can be done in the comfort of your own home with no equipment necessary! Everyone has 5-20 minutes to get a quick workout in!

When you perform this workout (especially at the start of your day), you’ll feel like your body’s fat burning ability is cranked up to the max and your metabolism is revving all day long!

The 5-Minute Morning Metabolism Boosting Workout

This workout is a circuit workout. Each exercise is performed one after another with minimal rest (about 15 seconds).

-Perform each exercise as hard as you can for 45 seconds.

-Rest 15 seconds before moving on to the next exercise.

  • Jumping Jacks
  • Bodyweight Squats
  • Pushups
  • Lunges (alternating left and right leg)
  • Mountain Climbers

You can use this as a quick 5-minute boost in the morning, or you can perform the circuit 3 total times for an awesome 20-minute workout!

Rest about 60-90 seconds between circuits.

Who said that you need expensive equipment or endless hours to get an amazing fat burning workout in? 

In today's world everyone is constantly doing something and always busy. If you have goals of improving your health and appearance but think that you don't have the time, just remember that there is always a solution! With this workout, you can wake up 10-15 minutes earlier than usual, get the workout in, and start your day feeling accomplished!
