One of the biggest problems today is too much information available via the internet and not enough knowledge of what to do with it. Nowadays, you can always find contradicting information and if you don’t have the ability to filter out the bad information, you have a problem.

Unleash your Potential Fitness was created for men and women who want to build the healthiest, strongest, best looking version of themselves through training, healthy eating, and mindful living. I am here to provide information to everyday people who aren’t able to filter out the bad information. I want to leave out the pages and pages of misinformation, and provide clear, easy to read, and to the point tips on:

  • Getting in great shape in just a few hours a week
  • Eating to get strong and/or lose body fat
  • Improving self confidence

I have been through many of the fad diets, I have unhealthily force fed myself trying to “bulk up”, I have spent more money than I would like to admit on supplements and the “latest and greatest” workout programs. Let me help you learn from my mistakes. I have gone from a skinny 125 lb college kid to a 225 lb power lifter. I have gone from 225 lbs back to a comfortable 185 lbs. I have been through it all. I have learned that fads don’t work, gimmicks don’t work; but consistency does. I believe everyone has the ability to better themselves. They just need a little guidance along the way. I am here to help you UNLEASH YOUR POTENTIAL! 

Many of us have been affected by stress and anxiety issues, whether it is personally or through loved ones. We’ve been so stressed or anxious that we didn’t want to leave the house; we’ve been unable to sleep because our minds race with thoughts and worries; we’ve been unable to eat because our stomachs are in knots. These are all common issues that people live with and believe they can just deal with. I am here to tell you that you are not alone.

You can read about my journey here. I believe that health and fitness is one of the best forms of therapy for the mind. Research shows that exercising (sports, weight lifting, yoga, walking, etc.) is a highly effective method to improve your mental health. Health and fitness has become a passion of mine over the past ten years and I have used it as a tool to greatly improve my body and mind.

I created this website so that people can learn more about how health and fitness can help them. I want to offer fitness advice as someone who understands what you are dealing with. My hope is that you guys can read this website, have trust in me, turn off your thoughts for a little bit, and get some results along the way. I have found that my best muscle gains, fat loss, and performance improvements have been when I focused on using health and fitness to better myself holistically and not for vanity sake. Everyone has the ability to better themselves. I am here to help you in that journey. Lets start a community. Lets use health and fitness to improve ourselves physically and mentally..
