Weight Training !
Based on how you answered the questionnaire, it seems that the program that would work best for you is a Weight Training Program. Weight Training is a type of strength training that uses weights as resistance. The weight can be from free weights (dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, etc.), machines, or bands.
This type of program is best for you because you desire strength and/or muscle gain and have great joint integrity and recovery.
